What you'll do
- Complete scheduled inspections across Lahore and nearby areas
- Follow the Karvaan92 8-category digital checklist on tablet or phone
- Photograph defects, structural issues, MEP problems, and documentation gaps
- Submit reports within 24–48 hours via the inspector dashboard
- Maintain professional conduct with buyers, sellers, and agency staff
What we're looking for
- Background in civil engineering, architecture, or construction QA
- 1+ years conducting property or construction site inspections
- Smartphone with reliable mobile data; basic photo documentation skills
- Ability to travel daily within Lahore
Nice to have
- Experience with society transfer and legal documentation checks
- Familiarity with grey-structure / under-construction inspections
